Before Scheduling an appointment, PLEASE thoroughly read the Appointment Policy.

POLICIES STATED BELOW ARE NON NEGOTIABLE. THESES POLICIES ARE UPHELD FOR EVERY CLIENT. FRIENDS AND FAMILY INCLUDED. THERFORE, PLEASE READ THIS THOROUGHLY BEFORE SCHEDULING THANK YOU.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

Location- 13603 Benfield ave. Norwalk Ca 90650

DEPOSIT-  A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is credit towards the total cost of your service.

MULTIPLE SERVICES- If you need more than 1 service PLEASE choose all services BEFORE you checkout to reserve the proper amount of time for your appointment. 

​

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULE- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 24 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND A NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE DUE WHEN RESCHEDULING. If recurring cancellations occur, I reserve the right to block you from being able to schedule any further appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS- PLEASE contact me if you will be more than 15 minutes late. A $15 late fee will be charged if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. After 30 minutes, your appointment will either be cancelled or considered a squeeze in and an additional $50 squeeze in fee will apply.

PAYMENT: I accept CASH, ZELLE, AND APPLE PAY ONLY for the remaining balance. I DO NOT under any circumstances accept PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo as a form of Payment for the balance.
